About the project
French Versal, which was created for the pleasure of human kind, is a vivid description of Ludovick 14 epoch. Exactly here, not in full of everyday routine and intrigues Paris, french aristocracy spended there time.
Peter The Greate inspired by the idea of creating "ideal town" decided that Versal was prototype of his future Petergof. Ensemble which was built splendour and gorgeous, but it has its own characteristics.
Today history makes another coil. Best ideas of Ludovick 14 and Peter 1 are realised in unique ensemble North Versal situated on the shore oh Lahta lake on the border with Untolovskiy reserve. Palaces are built on the territory attracting people of saint-Petersburg because of its beautiful nature and sea air. Palaces as a idea of ideal habitation are popular in 21 century because it represents taste of the owner and indicate it prosperity and selectivness. North Versal is situated on the north west of Saint-Petersburg in 2 km from international highway Scandinavia.
Distance to the center of the city with museums, theaters, amusment is 12 km. Complex includes buildings of Lahta passage where there are shops, restaurants, drug store, medical center, fitness center, mini kinder garden and mini school and also administration and seciurity. City school is in 4 km from the living complex. In 20 km there is elite golf club "Dune" and resort places on the coast of Finish bay - Repino, Solnechnoye. International airoport "Pulkovo" is in 50 km.
Ensemble of Palaces and Parks is situated in unique ecologically clear place on the border of the Untolovskiy reserve and in 250 km from Lahta flood lake.
Untolovskiy reserve which square 977 hectare is nature conservation territory of Saint-Petersburg. On this territory there are rare and small number kinds of animals including migrating birds, amphibian and mammals, unique seaside vegetation.
Lahta flood lake is the biggest in Saint-Petersburg. Its area is 176 hectare, average depth 4,5 meters. Three rivers fall into the lake. Water composition of the lake and rivers has very good characteristics. Owners of the detached houses of North Versal can go for a unforgetable water and walking trips through the territory of Untolovskiy reserve.
On the shore of the lake there is a 5 hectare park with beach, summer restaurant, russian folklore settlement and sport grounds. 200 meters from ensemble there will be tennis courts.
