Classical main detached house in style of roman architect Andrea Palladio. It is impossible not to pay attention to four covered terraces adorned by dorian columns. Arch windows unite first and second floor. Palace is interesting because of its interesting multi-level volumes. Two unusual stairs connect two wings of the building by one inside balcony. From the sitting room of the first floor we can get to the small sitting room, then to the library and through the gallery finally go down to the swimming pool. One more winding spiral staircase leads from the first floor to the third at the spaceful sitting room with an exit at the terrace. Through the small comfortable winter garden we can go to the separate wing where there are apartments - bedroom, cloak room, study room connected by the gallery. Windows come out at Letniy Sad , Winter Palace and Promenade.
