Beletage Palace

The palace is characterized by the elegant lines of the silhouette and accented by a round rotunda on the east side, and by a large beautiful sweeping double staircase with balustrade on the west side. An interesting element of the building is an exploited roof with an atrium that creates an unusual effect of inside rooms lighting.

On the first floor there is a garage for two cars, a huge swimming pool surrounded by a colonnade with access to the winter gardens and to the open terrace, decorated with vases and sculptures. A comfortable sports room is one more palace feature. Glass-made rotunda captures the sunlight on both the first and second floors. From the sitting-room of the second floor it is possible to go out on the semi-circle balcony and enjoy the view of Lahta Bay.
