Palace is very similar to the Hermitage in Petergof created by design of Braunshtein in 1721 - 1725. Tall windows shows great view of a park. Slender pilasters, open-work French balconies and three big beautiful balconies make the building very elegant and graceful. On the first floor there is a swimming pool, sport club, kitchen and sitting-room.
There is a wall of glass between the swimming pool and sitting-room. On the second floor there is a sitting-room (about 70 sq. meters) with a balcony, study room and apartment with two cloak-rooms and bathroom. Third floor is a floor for children. From the attic semi-circle windows all round the house light gets to the children bedrooms and big play room (about 60 sq. meters).
Total area of a palace - about 370 sq. meters. There are two garages and rooms for the servant in a separate building. Palace is situated among magnificent Place of Roses and Turquoise Pavillion Hermitage and along with Pink Pavillion creates wonderful architectural ensemble.
