The building is very similar to the Small Trianon Palace in Versailles designed by architect Gabriel in 1761. The fronts are adorned with tall pilasters of Corinthian Order. The building is encircled by the a snow-white balustrade. The composition of the front facade facing the sea is very unique. The Small Trianon Palace is a waterfront building.

The building is framed by two elegant terraces of exquisite design. In the rotunda there is a round swimming pool which leads to the winter gardens or sports room. There are also rooms for the servants on the first floor. The main front staircase leads to the second floor. Additional stairs connect the swimming pool with a sitting room of the second floor which leads to the terrace. On the third floor there are spacious bedrooms with a view of Lahta Bay. The entrance to the palace is accessed from the Colonnade Apollo Square.

The total square of Palace is 682 m2.
The total ground area square equals to 2976,0 m2.
