This Palace is considered to be one of the most original buildings of the ensemble because of it's four-petal structure. The palace is very similar to the Palace of Peter in Lomonosov made by A. Rinaldy in 1758 - 1762. High tall windows of the second floor with French balconies are adorned with figure grating. The first floor is finished with horizontal rustics while the second floor razes up giving the palace a distinct almost stark beauty.
There are marble sculptures in the bays of the second floor. The dinning room with an open fire-place, a sitting room and swimming pool create the first floor suite. On the second floor there are spacious children rooms, a bedroom and a very interesting and unusual designed sitting room with a semi-circle balcony.
The total square of Palace is 783 m2.
The total ground area square equals to 2170.0 m2.
There are four bedrooms, a swimming pool and the in a fitted garage in the building.
