South Tower Palace

Interesting architectural building - pavilion "South Tower". Unusual shape of the roof, tower with a terrace, semi-circle glazed erker with graceful forged open-work balcony - everything is very well-thought and harmonically. House is interesting because of its planning design and rational use of heights. On the first floor there are fitted garage from where you can get to the spaceful hall, rooms for the servants, small but very beautiful swimming pool in the glazed erker with an exit at the terrace in the garden. Going up to the stairs on the half-floor we can get in the guest room. Two-stage sitting room and guest room come out at the terrace which area consist of 30 square meters.
